In the early morning hours
at the dawn of a new day,
the sky is colored with lilac light.
On the grassy paths
out on the countryside
the morning dew shines
with a lilac sheen.
Among all the many blossoms
and vegetation there are also
the radiant lilac flowers.
Smooth and gentle,
light and clear,
the natural beauty of lilac
or light purple is always near.
Lilac twilight and lilac evening
colors the horizon.
Then comes the dark blue
of nighttime.
