Hello, Gina. :) I feel young when I think of ducks, ducklings, quacks and webbed paddling, disappearing under water, without seeing its consequences, or, not caring, just, free-stroking on soft, placid water. The first line, though, shows exactly why the piece is taken with a rye smile of 'empathy' to older viewers of world events and humanistically abhorrant, unbelievable acts of repetitive abuses and never-ending stupidity... Um, sorry, I'm ranting, abit. :) Oh, and then the title, Up to ... where? No more 'beautiful balloons' until feelings overcome thinking...
