The Poetess strong inside her years

of diamond and ruby lines unfolding

sits early morning beside a stream

flowing to the winged rhythm
of her pen dancing unchained
in musical years past and magical years to come.

The wind wraps her as a lover might

in a shimmering gown of silken inspirations…

patterned with echoes of golden laughter…

dappled shadows of love written at midnight…

tears splashing secrets of the ages…

and the scented haikus of a muse named passion.

The poetess beautiful inside her years

of diamond and ruby lines unfolding

sees for the first time

reflections of the tender joys and wise power

she gifted so brilliantly to others—
hears the light of grace blessing her name, singing––

Thank You, Happy Birthday, Peace be with You Always.
