The sun is sifting through the drape
Sleepy girl is a bit overheated

Instead she slides away from the warmth
Seeking the cool of linoleum floor
Sleepy girl with her funny face

I think it is typically DOG :) I love K9s as they are God's way of cheering mankind when all else seems to fail. for e.g. it was my birthday today! Not much of anything happening, just one of those sort. My little Yorkie, who doesnt usually spend quite so much time by my side, never left my side today, and her big eyes told me that she was an angel in disguise to comfort me.
Sleepy Girl, your a gem, and you inspire your master, who in turn eloquently describes you.
A further collection of poems, many from years in the Middle East, but also the California San Francisco and Central Coast areas (Santa Cruz, Carmel, Big Sur, Berkeley, etc.).
