A Poem to Explore Absolute Truth

We say there is no absolute truth, yet few jump off buildings and end their youth.

We say that truth is not absolute, yet death is sure and very resolute.

We say that truth is relative, no one can say its unchanging, but tell that to a grieving family, a funeral they are arranging.

We say that relative truth there is, but none deny that that death comes to all, both her and his.

The law of gravity is absolute, no one denies its so, but payment for sin is another matter some say we dare not go.

Homosexuality is sin, the Bible declares it absolutely true , but the world goes off a relative cliff, always embracing something new.

It is absolutely true abortion kills, more than mere tissue and cells, but murder, oh no, our world sees but never tells.

Pornography destroys both society and homes, an absolute truth statistics do tell, but fight it in weakness our world says continue because of the fact it truly does sell.

Absolute truth if embraced and restored, will leave relativism and its destruction behind and deplored.

Absolute truth is just that, absolute. Absolute truth is just that, and hard to refute.
