I've had no water in my home for over a year. No bath or shower, no drinking water, and no laundry capability, or kitchen cleaning dishes. My water was cut off because I can't pay my bills. I can't pay my bills because my money has been frozen by the same people who cut off my water. I donated $1 million dollars to my community well for maintenance and water delivery in 2014. The well was poached. I have pulled my donation and will no longer be supporting my community water. I wrote two film scripts in 2013-14 for the purpose of donating the film money to help the people in my community. I live alone with no one helping me financially and ignoring my cries for help. I am ashamed. I have never received one penny from my career of writing. I live in poverty. Yes, I am Sage Sweetwater, lone dweller.
I guess that's why you haven't been up to writing and posting here lately. It's really sad to hear. Why I have advocated since Richard Nixon first proposed it, WorkFare. Basically, a living wage for those willing to work in whatever craft or trade they excel at, on a sliding scale all governed by annual income tax and paid for by preventing the very rich from passing on their wealth to their families, hidden in trusts and foundations, paying no taxes, whatsoever.
If you are in dire straits, I would suggest that you set up a Go Fund Me plea to help you make it and perhaps, pay for water again. The way you described things are is not healthy for you.
