The hard part in all of this is not falling in love. The hard part in all of this is not letting down my guard and finally trusting yet another exception. The hard part in all of this is not trying to express my appreciation for your existence, or keeping up with your high-maintenance show-me-you-love-me-by-holding-up-my-ego-with-your-words-your-encouragement or-whatever-it-is-that-you-do-that-keeps-me-interested-until-the-next-girl-comes-along. That�s not the hard part. The hard part is forcing my heart to believe you�re not the one.

Oh Mia it is not hard to fall in love, sounds like you are already there but the hard part is the risk that you may get hurt. this poem screams of your fear of that, however if you want the beauty and wonder, and magic of love it is a risk well worth taking,
