I want
But can't have
I thirst
But can't drink
I feel
But can't touch
I hunger for your love
But can't taste your sweetness
As I sit in a finite space with invisible walls
I can only imagine the experience of that which is
Forbidden
This book represents a thirty-day period of my poetry journal. Each poem addresses
the dominant thoughts occupying my mind during the early morning hours of a given
day.
