My poem describes the seasons of the year with depth and rhyme.
When Spring winds begin to blow Singing birds fly to and fro Making new homes for their young, To feed and watch them grow. Then Summer flowers are in bloom Happy sounds of children at play Sweet smell of lilac in the air God’s beauty is on display! Soon a gentle breeze of Autumn felt Frost on the leaves made tender Colors of Orange, Yellow and Red A time to behold..God’s Splendor! Winter comes not without it’s charm As we celebrate Jesus’ birth The falling snowflakes so white Dusting and cleansing the earth!

"Seasons" come to remind us of the bountiful creations of The Mother Poet... (MOTHER NATURE) This poem, "Seasons" did that to this reader, and delivered a creative message of RENOVATION.

Dusting and cleansing the earth.
Isn't the earth and all the seasons so pretty The smell comes through the colors too so vivid and clear. This is Beautiful and brings many smiles! Should be shared with all!

The perfect poem for this season. It's hard for me to imagine snowflakes falling when it is so steaming hot here in South Africa during the Christmas season but it is a pleasant thought - mremories of home (England)

Interesting, Pearl, the different cadences in the verses punctuate the feel of change within the seasons. I like it!
