Just a little something that popped into my head.

Arise to the sleep of illusion.
Hear the alarm of truth.
Strip the covers from the bed of delusion
for the day is yet another booth

in the rotating carnival of life.
Step inside and spin the wheel.
Rub the veil of sandy grit from your eyes.
Play the hand the dealer deals.

Peer into the hall of mirrors.
Gaze into the crystal ball.
Come and face your fears.
It's your name the funhouse calls.

Beckoning with an eerie smirk
the clown summons you to his domain.
You feel as though you're going beserk.
This can't be happening again!

You fall through the trapdoor of existence
return to temporal reality.
Give up the fight of resistance
because in everything there is duality.
