Arthur E. Proctor, 66, born in Munich, Germany in 1948, died on January 8, 2015 of natural causes. Art's life was an adventure, and he is loved and remembered by his daughters Margo Scott, Greta Proctor, and Monika Crawford; his mother Gertrud Proctor; his sister Monika Haskins; his brother Rick Proctor; his friends; and his faithful dog and best bud, Bishop. A VA burial to commemorate his life and his service in the Air Force in Vietnam will be held at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Wednesday January 21, 2014 at 10:30 am.
