There was no comparison, save heaven itself, but then they fell and lost it all

Poem Artwork

Moonlight beaming on a garden fair,

Radiant streams of gold light your way.

Perfumed essence of each flower there;

Heady fragrances bring forth the day.

Animals calling friendly greetings,

Birds filling the air with lilting song.

Soon, the Lord Himself you'll be meeting

As He falls in step and walks along.

It's a place unsurpassed for beauty,

A haven on earth made just for you.

You'll tend the garden ~ pleasant duty

'Neath cloudless skies of heavenly blue.

Valley of Beracah

THE ONLY THING THAT SOOTHES A BELIEVING SOUL IN THE FACE OF THIS LOST IS...SOON, OUR SAVIOR WILL COME BACK AS HE PROMISED. AND ALL WILL BE MADE PERFECT IN A 'NEW EARTH'...FOREVER. THANKS FOR SHARING, MY FRIEND. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...HIS+INSPIRATIONS

Before the fall Adam and Eve were those meant to tend the garden. I've often thought that man was not intended to live in Eden forever, for we are restless and wreckless under the best of circumstance. To project my own thoughts into it, I believe we were never to be rewarded with paradise in this life. That would be too simple and easy for such contradictory and complicated creations such as us. To seperate the wheat from chaff the wind must do it's work. To make the purest flower, the grinding stone must be used. Those who are worthy will be in the Book of Life...Those who are unworthy will die the final death..I love a poem that makes me think Connie. Thank you. Bob

And such was Eden and this Earth could be thus if Earthians learned to get along. Thank you, Connie. Love and best wishes to you,
