This Winter's breath, from my mouth, escapes. . .
Hot to cold
creating this dense fog. . .
And I think of my death, bating. . .
Yet, in hints of Spring. . . reflating,
Cool to warm. . .
There’s an unsleeping Heir when a babe is born!
Rise again, and feel the Summer breezes!
Warm to hot
My nine of clouds, it was!
Out-riding on gusts of the winder staunch!
Until, my Fall fumed. . . paunchier
Hot to cooler
Aha!. . . such the twists, in the funneling winds of jejune drool. . .
I know, I know, I’m a little clogged!
Cold and Hot!. . . (It’s my Menopause. . . )
Stand, freely!. . . Sun under His beaten Son. . .
Cool to Hot
Winter or not. . .The closer you are to Him, means drier skin!
Yes, and it will become harder and harder to hold your breath, and sin!
Exaltation will be our fifth and final season!
Catch this Wight Heir before He passes
. . . before your last seasons’ breath
Escapes. . . cloudless.
Very engaging verses, Kimmy! It's been a very mild and "dull" winter here so I love to read about others' experiences. Thank you for this. Love and best wishes,
Hot flash bouncing off your easel! What say I about Winter's Breath? I say I exfoliate those crows lines upon the heavenly wire, give them flight to the sky's expansive breath of cold blue chilling menopause's grasping talons five seconds to change heat temperature! Your talent shows the perfection of a woman who has made it to the change of life, Kimmy! Yes, indeed, forcasting a change of seasons on the palate of spring equinox coming just around the corner when those spring babes are born...hatching Florida ducklings!
Such uniqueness of spirit and quill you possess.
A mind that has been blessed with infinitely more
than "jejune drool" No one wants to deal with
nutrition-less spit. A great metaphor 4 some
writers. Ha! Excellent!

This is a book of free verse poetry that addresses the seven main tests in life and offers some sensible solutions to passing those tests with minimal discomfort.
