praying, soul searching
trusting in God with hope.

Take with you the ear ringing
Hum drum squeal, of the tinitus song.
Beware of your child when contact sports they play.
Protect and cherish them, get help right away.
A good hit could leave you to pray, pray: pray.

I find I can lessen the ringing by concentrating on work like this writing or some other very active or creative work. I can also reduce the ringing by getting enough sleep… Something my attendants fail to give me when they get up and leave so early in the morning.
A good doctor may be able to find the cause and get it corrected so that you do not have to suffer any longer.
I quit football in the 10th grade because it was too rough.
