What did you want to be when you grew up?
There's so many things you could do,
But when you're told over and over you're stupid,
After awhile it really gets to you.

Be careful what you say to people,
They are weaker than you think.
Just remember what was told you,
Echo years in shame and regret...

Regret because you were afraid to tell them
They hurt you more and more each day,
And of course, they say they are only fooling,
For you to continue on with their play.

Be nice to all people,
We're all children of God,
Pray for others, for us all;
And know someone is praying for you.
