I can hear your desire to share all that God has done for you though this poem, Sharon. That is a highly commendable desire and one that God delights in fulfilling in His creatures. This poem also clearly conveys the reason why we suffer (at least in part)- that we may draw nearer to The Lord and be able to comfort others as He comforts us.

More people read than review, I have found out to. Doesn't bother me, am not out for glory and fame, just to make friends, therapy for my grieving, and thoughts coming from my heart for those who want to read my writes. Take them or leave them. Don't feel down, cause you are a good writer and say lots of interest.

An honest and lovely inspirational poem.

My dear friend you are appreciated beyond words...your writing is a blessing and you share so much with your readers...Your work always comes from inspiration your muse...Continue to write and we in turn will continue to read. I like Richard often read and review before going to work...I get up an hour earlier than I need to so that I can write, read, and review...it helps get me going, I also read and review on my lunch, when I come home and before I go to bed. I only hope that when garden season comes that people will understand, as I wont have as much time to review then. But my friend, write as you were born to do...as always a pleasure to read your work!

Keep them coming girl....if only one could help someone I think it means alot...I does for me. I had a lady who asked me to use one of my poem to read to her husband before he had his leg amputated...to help him through...she did andI believe he became very calm.

Unfortunately he died a few months ago....cancer had spread to far!!

but the real keeper of what is taking place by you life and words and confessions is keeping the goals and tracking all. This is wonderful news nothing you do with Christ Jesus Love and witness to his love will go untracked...
On a board like this, one has to mingle if you are in to it for the numbers. I use to track so many yet they do not track me but I was bombarded by their post through the alert messaging I stopped tracking many of them but I still review them just the same and once in awhile they review me. I never worry about it. For often I am gone doing the Fathers bidding on my Spiritual sites to be here, living, and making a living to survive in this earthly plane. Knowing the keeper at home is keeping track of every blessed soul that reads...

Some insight. I work full-time - 45 hours a week - and I usually read and review on my lunch hour, and also on my breaks. I know that I am remiss, personally, in reviewing everyone, but there is just not enough time to accomplish what one wants to do.

When I get home I write or read whatever novel I am involved in, (if I have energy), eat dinner, and go to bed. I also write on the weekends, if my wife and me are not in the mountains hiking.

Sharon ... I imagine that the Holy Spirit has heard your heart-cry here, because everyone that He has sent you, so far, is a believer and has compassionate encouragement to share. Blessings to you! Stand Strong!

Sharon, as writers we do so in the first instance for the pleasure of our muse. Of course, naturally we like to be encouraged, this fuels our self - motivation. I have detected that tracking is a delicate business. One writer described it as a 'give and take' activity, urging others to ensure it is a mutual activity. But I guess some could be all give but receive nothing in return. Is this your experience?
My walls at home are filled with my paintings and drawings. Not many people have seen them live. In other words, they are there for the most part to satisfy my muse. Most have bee shown on AD and I have been encouraged by the resultant comments. As a result of AD I have also been invited to display my work at an art exhibition this May. In other words, they may not have been valued for ages on the wall, but now through AD they are about to - and some of these paintings are over 20 years old!
I don't review every poem that appears. Not a few of you good folk write poems by the volume - I can't keep up unless I simply write one line 'well dones' etc. No doubt individuals who leave such brief messages are sincere and are kindly spreading out their commitments fairly to those whom they track. But this is not me. My daily routine only allows me so much time for reviewing, indeed, there was a time when I only reviewed on Sundays. But now I slip in now and again as the week progresses.

Maybe people don't review you more because they don't know you are there. That is a very sad thing because you brighten my life every time I see your poems or visit you. Don't worry; as long as you shall write, you will have two fans for life: Karla and myself. We will never abandon you. And you know God won't; so there's three on your side.
