August afternoons are the ones of transition, like the August month of man's age, just before the snow come and the school of minnows thoughts are encase by winter.
Watching the day turn to sepia transforms this scene into an old photograph. Something one make keep as a souvenir of a given place and time or as a reminder of inspiration.
There are points in life where all the beauty, efforts and dreams seem to converge. This poem makes me think of such moments.
