I Believe In Unconditional Love

You talk of things you ought to do,
Today, tomorrow or yesteryear.
You talk of unhappiness in your life,
It's only you can change it, you hear.

Not by pills, a gun or a rage,
Not by threats that so many make.
By standing firm , holding your head high,
Determination is what it really takes.

 Be happy, calm, accepting and true ,
But most of all, always be you.
|It doesn't matter how others see things.
They aren't us who shared golden rings.

They aren't the ones who shared our family,
Held happy memories through the years.
As you stare at old photos once tucked away,
Leading to happiness of your yesteryears.

 I trulely believe in unconditional love,
Shared by two forever like two loving doves.
Two arms reaching out for what alway was,
For I've always believed in unconditional love.

I believe in two hearts that entwine, 
Drifting and wandering over years what was.
Two arms reaching for the same  thing,
For I've always believed in unconditional love.
