Just sitting here wondering what to write about today and these words came to my mind.

Sip A Little Wine July 2, 2025 By Rose Marie Rideout I'm sitting here wondering, What you're doing tonight. For it hurt me so deeply, That we had a terrible fight. I sit here and watch the stars, As I sip a little wine. Thinking about our love, We shared another time. I'm wishing as I'm sitting here, That you would come back home. So we can mend our love, So we aren't left all alone. I know that life's not always easy, We've come so far sweetheart. Don't leave me to sip wine alone, Don't say forever we must part. Life was so different before, Remember what we had shared. A love so true and real, We always showed how much we cared.

I remember being in that situation also�
This is a beautiful yet sad and wistful poem�

It is strange that sometimes just a few words can affect a relationship dramatically. Like you wrote, some mend and some don't.
