What Will Tomorrow Bring

You wake up each morning,
Feeling blessed for one more day.
The sun is shining brightly,
Reflecting in a precious way.

Special plans we have made,
Happy thoughts in our mind.
As we carry our moments,
For another day at a time.

I wonder if it will rain tomorrow,
Will we drive to see the country side.
Will someone visit us today?
Will we enjoy the rain as we drive?

Will we hear of a dear friend,
Who's feeling down and low.
Maybe they will need our help,
I think today, to see them, I'll go.

For tomorrow is unseen,
They may not be around.
Because they asked to see us,
And no longer can make a sound.

Smile each day as if it's the last,
I wonder, what tomorrow will bring?
For we need to live one day at a time,
Accepting what the next day will bring.
