Tempests are brewing,
A tempest without
And a tempest within,
Passions colliding
In the dark:
Blindingly vivid
Lightening,
Deafening rolls of
Thunder,
Hearts and lungs
Laboring,
Keening cries
Of ecstasy,
Going on and on,
Until only the echoes
Remain.
One to hold onto as long as we can until that fire within dies. Could be a metaphor for life. For what is life without the ecstasy that brings new life?
