stop and listen

take time to stop and listen

As I walk

I hear

I then start

to listen

then I feel the wind

I close my eyes

and see

and then I run

out of breath

so I stop

and listen

then I start

smile

because I now

understand

what I am suppose

to hear

Opening up to listening is a great experience. Be surprised what you hear. Some good and some bad, but accept what they say and do as you wish anyway.
