Mr. Mr. There was Mr. Know-it-all Who loved me for My beautiful breasts There was Mr. No-Idea Who loved me for My sharp mind There was Mr. Silent-Guy Who loved me for My agile tongue There was Mr. Wordy Who loved me For my ability to listen There was Mr. Have-it-all Who loved me for My neediness There was Mr. Have-Nothing Who loved me for My abundance There was Mr. Carpenter Who loved me For the house I did not have There was Mr. Homeless Who loved me For the house I had There was Mr. Hungry Who loved me For my cooking There was Mr. Monk Who loved me For my starving myself There never was Mr. Real Who would have loved me For what I truly am August 2006
