Questions from abuse left unanswered led to this poem

Daddy Why? Did you want to make me cry? Did you want to see my innocence die? Why did you make me lie? Why couldn’t you tell me why? Why did you have to die? Why , Daddy, why? I cant get back what you took I couldn’t get away from your look I felt like I was caught on your hook For years inside I just shook So now I wonder Why? Why, Daddy, Why? Couldn’t you tell me why? Why my innocence had to die? Why did I have to lie? Why did you have to die? Leaving this question . . . WHY? Please someone tell me why
