You say I'm pretty and wonder why I flinch
If I told you would you leave?
He said it as he entered inch by inch
I know it's hard to believe
But yes. . . I was molested
Not by some perverted stranger
though he never was arrested
my father was the molester
you ask me why sometimes I cry
for absolutly no apparent reason
Why sometimes I want to die
No. . . it's not the season
It is just another day to me
Not a reason to rejoice
Another day for me to be
frightened by his memory
I don't want sympathy
just an understanding friend
I'm just trying to be happy
to the bitter end

realizing the things we have in common, the fear and the prayers
that we will die. the things we share are not right.
but with you i feel allright. and i know ill live another night.
because you made things be allright.
love your friend sea1967.
i hope we get to meet and hang out eventually.
