Aging eyes and trembling hand Embrace this heart rich with love To feel connected at the soul Knowing they are not alone Neglected through silent years Memories swiftly fading Touching an angels face Bringing them closer to home Caring hand and loving heart God�s path you follow without fear Selfless headlong to the goal Rewards in heaven shall be yours (c) Michael R Wood 2002

I think the poem describes the experience of loving another with sensitivity and profound depth due to being written from the perspective aging. Awesome!
