This is about...... a kiss!!

seconds before
i could taste you
already

to my very center
i wanted to open
myself to you

your bottom lip
curving between mine
soft and full

hungry for more-
kiss harder,
longer

and the world stopped

you opened your mouth
your tongue so deep
inside me

an ache
a throb
a heat

breathless
wordless
mingling

urging me on
waiting

waiting for
the touch
of your hand
beneath my hair

start my heart
spinning

a snowstorm
and clean
and white
and serene-

kiss me.

I always enjoy tasteful and sensual poetry...the linking of a kiss to a 'virginal' snowstorm is wonderful. For one who has been in plenty of such storms, I can feel the underlying intensity in your work.

like experiencing and tasting and analysing and notating all in one... a delivery in slow-mo. You make this so delicious it makes me want to rewind the tape as if the visual could be replayed over and over again.
