Our canvas is still new,
The paint still wet; just opened
We’re not sure what to paint
Which colors should we blend?
A dab of passion red
A little sunlit yellow
Make it more intense...
Or should we keep it mellow?
This brush reveals our love affair
It paints our lives and hearts’ beloved
We know this isn’t just a flare
Of that, we’ve risen far above.
A blend from pink to orange:
The morphing or our love?
No, we’ll never change
We’ll always fit like gloves
Some say that it won’t last
And that the paint will fade
But in our heart we know the truth
For each other, we were made
Keep it up!!

I love the world you paint. If only we could all color it to perfection. A beautiful poem and wonderful talent. Bless You.
