Once during one of the rare times my husband was ill/ He read this and felt better; thus is the power of verse (*_*)!
Sweetly, I inhale thoughts of you
all the things we share; all the love you are.
Like honey, You are the final touch on my life
that makes living incredibly pleasant.
Patience has paved a wave around our path
and together, we shall float like autumn leaves
in a winter breeze; landing perfectly in line
with our life together.
Your spirit is all over me, constantly stroking areas
that you know and love so well. The feeling of your body heat, keeping warm when there is a chill, the thought of you holding me tightly; breaks all fever when I become ill;
I do the same for you;
so think of me and get better; I need your strength
and loving presence.
You are everything and then some, sweet gentle man.
Soak your aches within this healing kiss...
