Way to Go

 

 

 

There comes a time

When “that” journey must end

You gave it your best

Did you fail or pass the test?

 

Does it really matter?

Your best is YOUR best

It matters not what others think

For their comments pass in a blink

 

Life’s journey

Is fraught with highs and lows

The lessons learned along the way

Will stay with you every day

 

You choose to learn

Rather than shy away from it all

Confidence shines through

Even while you boo-hoo-hoo

 

You smile leads all to believe

That all is right in your world

That’s the way it should be

Your attitude is a model for humanity

 

Way to go!!

To quote a well used phrase..."to every thing there is a season..." and you captured that well in this poem Kathy. We must endeavor to always find a reason to smile but there are times we need to cry for tears help relieve life's sadness.
