Home sweet home is where I need to be. I have decided to repost this because of myself, and I need to praise and thank my children for their caring hearts, they have come together to ensure that I get the best of care for my recovery. I came home on March 31. It has been more than one week. My physical ability continues to improve. Even my left shoulder joint, where I was supposed to have arthritis is improving. I don't feel it is as painful as before. I am certain it has something to do with my daily exercise. I am happy about my recovery progress.

UPDATE: MARCH 31, 2023

Hello, everyone!!!! I'm home!!!!!... At last!!!

Everything has been set up for me already! And I have new beddings (sheets and comforter, mattress cover to greet me; new furniture as well. My daughter went out to buy me an antique cabinet to store all my stuff in the front room, the original price was $3,000.00 but the company is closing because of Trudeau's new tax spree (so sad)! She got a great deal, only paid $300.00 something for it!!! For another smaller cabinet, she bought she paid only less than $200.00. The original price was over $600.00!!! Great deal on both!!! Ahhh!!!!... But I'm still in need of oxygen.

I'm lying in bed now, have a new comforter and new bed sheets and pillows. I feel like I'm having a new bed altogether!!! The old stuff has been thrown out because of the COVID germs. I won't miss that anyway.

There is a new workstation for me for making my dolls and using my laptop to write my stories. I'm here in bed using my phone.

I have a stationed oxygen tank in my front room, with a 50 ft. oxygen hose for my nose. While I appreciate everything that everyone has done for me, but every time I move around I risk stepping on it or tripping over it. Right now the big thing is in the middle of my front room so I can go to the kitchen by myself, or to the washroom by myself. We will have to find a solution to the lengthy cord. When I go to bed I will turn the dial to level 1, but when I go around doing things I will turn the dial to level 4 for activities, and that includes doing my exercises as well. I also have two small portable oxygen tanks for going out, each only lasts 2 hours (not enough for me to go shopping at all).

The rehab centre has given me an exercise package for me to continue doing my exercises at home. I have to record the time and date I do those exercises. In June, I have to go back for a check-up with the Respirologist.

I'm so happy to be back!!! I missed everyone so much!!!

Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes!!!

((((( Hugs and love ))))) to everyone, especially to my three children who have been a great inspiration to me, helping me through my recovery process! Thank you!!!

Hello, everyone:

I am continuing to physically improve everyday. When I did my breathing exercises this morning, I noticed my left shoulder joint is not hurting me anymore. This afternoon, around 3:00, rI will do my weightlifting exercise.

God is good! I am receiving HIS blessings everyday.

You all take care,
Sandie :)

Glad to see you are progressing well on your own. And your children certainly make it a lot easier. Looking forward to submitting poems, stories, articles and books again.
