This happened to me several years ago.Just when you think you know people,you really don't know them at all
We were close friends
Potential lovers at best
She was a nice woman
But there was a side to her that I detest
She had a bad attitude with me
For no reason,she was very mean
Despite all the drama I had dealt with
Her record was still squeaky clean
The big day was truly here
To wish her a Happy Birthday on the phone
I was surprised by the reaction
She had a bitter nasty tone
I gave you the best gift of all
Something that no one can buy
The gift of not having me in your life
This is goodbye
I send an email saying what's your problem
Her true colors came out for me to witness
She wrote the most offensive things
I realized who she was by her bitterness
Once,twice,three times a lady?
Once,two timing piece of trash
My feelings were like potatoes
They were completely mashed
Your first mistake was going back to your ex.
A man who doesn't treat you right
Your second mistake was ending our friendship
Karma will come after you with all its might
I gave you the best gift of all.
Something that no one can buy
The gift of not having me in your life
This is goodbye
You lost a potential boyfriend
You lost a brother
How could you treat me like this on your birthday?
I feel sorry for your mother
I will enjoy each day as if it was a special day.
I realized it by the way I was treated.
It was an important moment that I had discover
It made me become wiser instead of defeated
I enjoy brwosing through your work. This positive where it could be defeated ....she sure lucked out letting you go ....lol and you sure lucked out that you got away so easy.
