Today's Poem

What May Come?

Faith we'll need, for what may come?
No man on earth can know the sum
Of all that comes and goes each hour
And what's behind the veil of power

For what more can we ask of all
Than 'do your best' to heed your call
Who has the mind of perfect love?
For this we need to look above

Yet even here we have the chance
To make some plans and take a stance
And in our lives we can find ways
To overcome the darkest days

So let's not fret or be unwise
For much is here for searching eyes
But simple joy's enough for some
Let's have great faith in what may come

Simon,

Love your poetry, Simon. I'm sorry I haven't commented on your wonderful poetry the past few weeks. I had to have my precious dog put down Nov. 17th. I'd had my baby 11 years. That's alot of memories. It has hurt me so bad, words just can't explain.

Love and blessings,
Linda+

I place my faith squarely on knowledge. And when things go wrong, I don't blame anyone. For life is constant, and life is change. Things will be the same and they will rearrange. So I don't fear what will come because it will be mostly good and bad for some.
