My soul is leaping with joy today
As I think of how I came this way
Many a storm I did survive
Many a night my spirit cried
A whispered voice then said to me
"Just lean on me and you will see
I will be here through it all
I'll even catch you when you fall"
A steady giving of all to Him
Warm waters He released and allowed my swim
Doors shut in my face…
Became open space
Backs turned on me…
He said, “just let them be”
I know that struggles will continue to come
But faithfully, I will press on
And as I continued my swim with Him
He then sent to me a gem....
