Today morals of today are gone. All you have to do is look at the children who do not have a Mom or a Dad or neither a Mom or Dad to see the deterioration of this world.

My heart goes out to allof the grandmothers and grandfathers who have been given the chance to love a grandchild.

Years ago grandmothers were respected and loved.

Today, they are despised by their children.

You have these chidlren and engulf them in your life.

You watch them grow and learn.

You pour your heart and soul out to them.

Then, one day they are the one having the child.

They cut you off from being around them.

They cut you off from the birth of a 1st grandchild.

Visitation is null and void.

You do get to watch the child with every waking rule the parents throw at you.

Then, after the grandchild is taken away, your heart aches to see them.

The emptiness can only be explained by missing those little arms and feet.

You miss the smile that warmed your day, there bright eyes that called you near and the sound of them breathing.

One thing a new mother and father do not see is that the feelings a mother and father have for them never change.

They are always there, waiting to be given a chance.

Look for Something Good by Robert Drews

When two men hit the reset button and decide to go out looking for the good in the world, they not only find it but also a lot more. P.S. The title is listed on Amazon under Look for Something Good by Robert Drews (not by Robert H. Drews)
