Happy Fathers Day God!
My Father Lord my God and Redeemer!
Everything I was am and will ever will be,
I owe it all gratefully to thee.
You father watched me being born,
that no harm would come to me,
a healthy little toddler,
destined for eternity!
Again my lord and Savior I thank thee!
You took me through those childhood years,
storms of life those smiles and tears.
My mother taught me how to love,
like you do heavenly father above!
I love and lost will love again,
you stayed by me through thick and thin!
When I fall down you lift me high,
to see your rainbow in the sky,
To let us know not to weep,
your Word you will always keep!
You brought me safe from Vietnam,
delivered from cancer here I am!
You allowed me to be seventy and more,
I know the angels are keeping score!
The greatest gift you gave me,
is Christ Jesus at Calvary,
he died on the cross and rose again,
forever to keep us free!
There is so much more to thank you for,
especially for the breath of life!
