I wrote this for Kate and my parents 50th anniversary. Dad used to tell Mom, "Honey, you're the one!"

YOU’RE THE ONE You’re the one I love to wake up with each morning. You’re the one I love to hold close each night. You’re the one Who gives me strength to climb each lonely mountain. You’re the one, You’re my lady, you’re my wife. I love you more today Than when we first started. I love you, girl With all that’s in my heart. You give me all you’ve got Each day of your life. You’re the one, You’re my lady, you’re my wife. CHORUS: The warm walks in the sunshine, Your gentle hand touching mine. Giving me just what I need… Has made it clear to me. You’re the one I love to wake up with each morning. You’re the one I love to hold close each night. You’re the one Who gives me strength to climb each lonely mountain. You’re the one You’re my lady, you’re my wife.

Ron, I read the words to this and thought it was beautiful...but then listened to you sing it, and I have to tell you it's even more beautiful. What a wonderful talent you are!

Sounds like a great love pronounciation to me and is so good set to music. Let that old guitar ring out over the nation and soothe some souls needing peace. Love makes the world go round.
