Little Bird

Fly little bird on a wind,

Today we've gathered here to hear you sing,

Your voice to loud and true

Bring us another day to be with you

Fly away now and be free

Forever more we shall see

The little bird in you and me.

I find this an intriguing little poem, especially the last 2 lines, which make me seek a deeper meaning to your words.

Helen, this is such a nice poem, "Fly little bird on a wind," this opens this readers mind instantly to many imaginations. A nice write.

A cute short poem, making me want to go out and look at the birds nature brings for me to see. Did watch some yesterday, flying free in the air. Oh, that I could fly free with them too.
