You ask me how big the ocean blue

And I responded to you true

How big be thy ears to hear the rumbling of the measureless ocean

Satisfy you this did not

And so another question you did pose

Who and what would GOD be?

Rephrasing it so to put me at ease

Please take you time and explain you say

in as many word, as you feel is needed

 ******

I thought for less that a moment

At the awesomeness of your request

I respond with honesty and zest

I am not sure how to respond I replied

Words have not been created or thought of that would enable me to

respond in truth and totality to your inquiry

Please try you prompted

Surely it can’t be that difficult

*******

Hold on for just a moment

And I will attempt in my simple way to give a glimpse

A glimpse into what I have come to understand

When I awake from sleep I feel the steady

Rhythm of my heart

And I think to myself that is GOD

Then I moved with ease as my body with all its members coordinate their activities

And my day flows without impediments and I say to myself this is GOD

*******

My attention is then drawn to the birds as they fly high in the sky

Singing as they glide

 And I know

That is GOD

I see the raindrops fall on the earth

And send moisture deep within the earth’s core

And she gives of her increase and I am fed

And I know without a question or a doubt that that is GOD

Your interpretation of God is for you, mine is different. I think God is Love, but that is for me. We all have God in our hearts but many do not find him at all in nature or wherever. Honestly though, God can be anywhere and he is everywhere at all times and with us always. Thanks for this write from you. It made me think more about my God and all things great and small.
