This man was an interlude ... not permanent, but entertaining. Hey, it was the '70's. That was my period of beautiful men. Totally shallow.
I have come upon your body Like a sailor Lost on an uncharted sea With no channel markers But your eyes To guide me. Your belly is my compass; My fingers, the sextant. Carefully, I plot my way Through rocks and shoals, Stormy nights, becalmed days. Land sighted. My port ‘o call. You.
