This is a dream poem by indefinite surrealism.

Poem Artwork

Advice by the image, persuaded the dancing to anticipate opportunities which burst forth like the carving of abstraction in stone or wood that left its form by a curiosity freezing time and changing light.  Accustomed to reflected colors stamped with faded impressions, there seemed to be no difference, and the mind could dwell upon the spoken approval through abstracted thought, whereas it had to be accepted that a pang of enthusiasm indicated the proper aspirations of interweaving themes.  Forward, from a year to a better, perspective achieved, with the existential nature of the progression of striving, the frozen dancer with thorny points of rest, submitted to the stasis of memory with the hope that a classic example could be added against inevitable, devious opposition.  There, for a hitch to draw the living onward, an invitation presented only minor portions of the decoration, compelled by the force of cognition like intermeshing galaxies within the orbit of enigmatic and ghostly powers.  Hideous, hovering weights remained lurking to draw fingers and toes into snapping joints of winter branches.  Saving, for later, the resources of a scholarly profit, the movement developed a shell such as would a turkey or patch of moss.  This was allowed to be worth the whole life growing through seasons, imperceptible.  Neglect, being due to the invasion of various preoccupations, drew tendencies away from physical manifestations in preference to matters dependent, for their spirituality, upon mechanical skills, ignored by philosophical derangements resolving practicality as foolishness and the inimical voice.  Those, who were meeting the supernatural as a misunderstanding, attempted to make assertions of drama, but the genuine accomplishment served inanimate vibrations which did not ignore facts only because no soul was there to be obtuse about anything.  When an allowance was placed within the context of explanation, the action need obscurity in avoidance of disparagement, yet an intrinsic reply demanded such adjustments as might be necessary.  A duplicate model arose into rehearsal as the response escaping clumsy elements of each dash, but the awkward dash was an earned reflection.

thought-provoking but needs a sense of direction within the dense foliage of words ...

I personally enjoyed this seemingly disorganized and dreamlike piece. If you follow it there is a sequence of juxtaposed images going toward a conclusion. Like a vivid dream there is a story told, chaotic and startling in the changes, but detectable. Meeting the supernatural ( dream ) on its own terms instead of reflecting the organization of reality. Thank you for the trip Dr. Bob

What a lovely bunch of phrases going nowhere. And why don't like stream of consciousness.
