Puberty had me chasing things,

I never should have chased.

My sexual drive was stuck on high.

With lust my flesh embraced.

 

Consensual was the only rule,

I ever understood,

safety never crossed my mind,

Sex was just that good.

 

Then I heard about the fate,

that whoremongers receive

and saw myself enroute to hell,

with Jimmy, Dave and Steve.

 

How could I get turned around?

Please help me God I cried!

Abstinent is how I’ll be,

don’t let me take this ride.

 

A woman’s meant for so much more

and now I understand,

your way is the only way,

that makes a man, a man.

 

Right then I felt the cleanliness,

forgiveness always brings

and knew if I’d be having sex,

there’d definitely be some strings.

 

Like a honeymoon with two I do’s.

That’s how I will begin.

For now I know the greatest sex,

is minus any sin.
