BARRELRACING
Boy, oh boy! Look at all the girls and boys they just love to watch the horse’s race,
The horse’s race in the sunlight,
Or at night when there is moonlight,
As the riders, sit high in their saddle getting ready for the big battle,
Rapidly waiting as they hold the reins in their hands, just like a tight rubber band
Roaring winds howling so loud way up in the clouds,
The loud howl sounds like a lion’s growl!
Excitement fills the air with gleam
Loud bells go off and the rodeo-race begins,
The horses all race at a quick pace,
They go as fast as lightning, but just not as frighting,
Round the first turn, they go racing through the dust!
Around the second barrel and third barrel turn, that’s a must,
Racing around in the shape of a clover,
Constant cheer I hear,
As the rodeo-riders, quickly steer,
The end of the race is almost near,
As they race back to the finish,
The winner is the rider, who reaches to the finish,
And raced at the fasted pace,
I can see from the smile on their faces that everyone enjoyed the races,
Now their getting ready to dismount from their saddle, after the exciting barrel battle
Gosh, these horses are such smart and beautiful creatures,
They have so many wonderful features,
Now the best is that the horse can finally rest, after racing their very best!
