since moving to oklahoma we have not had opportunity to adopt from shelter, however, we have taken in many abandoned, scared and terrified pups of all ages from puppies to elderly. now that we are down to 2 each with us for over a decade and showing signs of age we may find ourselves ready to adopt from shelter, on the other hand, there just may be another little throwaway, as yet unseen, trekking our way
I hope that many will get your message and adopt. I also hope that many will get the messages that birthing too many dogs, buying and keeping them as playthings easily thrown away, and abusing them for their trusting ways, will be banished from the earth, forever.

I speak with you, Stacy. I have a dog named Blackie and they bring such love and joy to your life. If anyone out there adopts one they will never regret it. I've had Blackie 10 years and he's given unconditional love every day.
