Gardening is a great hobby if you love being out in the sun!
But in the summer, those bugs can eat you alive and that’s no fun!
Our plants and flowers are abundant and beautiful to see.
But cactus thorns and allergic reactions can get the best of me!
So, I spray Deep Woods on, I wear a big hat and I go out to play.
I snip and trim some plants here and there at the break of day.
The weeds must be pulled from roots or they will grow right back!
Fungus must be treated fast or every bush and tree will be attacked!
So, I’ll get started in the morning or right after the rain clouds pass.
Gardening can fun but those plants and shrubs grow mighty fast!

These days I allow myself a few minutes in the sun every day. I also treated plants the same way, not coddling them or overfeeding. Just making sure that they had enough water and natural food.
When it comes to flowers and vegetables, they can't go fast enough for me.
