Italian Country Fried Steak

I'm not crazy about meatballs in my spaghetti and get a little tired of ground meat, but I do love cube steak. My recipe for Italian Country Fried Steak found on page 11 of my cookbook Stir, Laugh, Repeat gives you the best of both and tastes even better the next day. And it's so simple!
