Still in the process of arranging the contents of my consciousness regarding our political system, I am telling this part of my story after responding to a question from a member of one of my online groups about what is going on with the current president of the United States, whom I refer to as 45. The lady asked about something people are saying about him – that he lives in a different reality, a reality of alternate facts. She wanted to know how this fits with what Neville and others teach, pointing out the use of visualization and the emphasis on being positive and good. From her question I could see she was concerned about a reality in which a political leader could take actions that hurt and harm the people he serves.

Immediately I thought about an earlier discussion about things Neville said about democracy and what we had to do if we wanted to preserve it. It was easy to see so many people had become quite complacent, thinking everything was okay and letting people whose ideas were so very different come to power. Conflicts in ideologies arose, especially between groups and individuals calling themselves progressives and conservatives. From the day 45 announced his run for the White House, he dominated the media dismissing political correctness. Already a celebrity with long running television and Internet communication, he used the political arena to attack groups and individuals as he pleased.

Everyone can see the momentum building day in and day out as 45 makes tweets and executive orders, putting his family members in governing positions – history calls it nepotism – taking actions on under radar – such as troops on the ground in Syria, attempts with distractions around the Russian connections. We see these things because so many are talking about it, giving so much attention to things and keeping the same vibrations going.

Thinking about people who do things to hurt and harm others, Neville referred to these as being in unlovely states. People who attack others and blame others are in what Neville calls unlovely states. Neville said many times, “Leave no one in unlovely states.” If we do not leave another in an unlovely state, what we are doing is what Neville tells us to do in “Bear Ye One Another’s Burdens” – a lecture I am currently quoting from.

From Abraham I found it easier to see how to do this and why. The lady said Neville and others told us to be positive and good, I like how Abraham put it: that feeling good is our natural state, bringing happiness and feeling good as natural, as who we really are. Abraham tells us to take care of our feelings, clarifying this by telling us to constantly reach for better feeling thoughts. Being positive is feeling good; it is wellbeing, knowing all is well, knowing everything is working out for us. It even means feeling good about things going on all around us; feeling good about things going on all around the world. It means feeling good about things going on in the government; even feeling good about things 45 and members of his administration are saying and doing. Being positive is feeling good about terrorists, feeling good about criminals, tragedies and corruption, feeling good about the environment, about the economy, about protests and about people who come against us, or condemn us. Being positive or feeling good in all things – in the Bible it is written, “Be content in all things” – does one specific thing Abraham teaches: it causes you to transmit vibrations in alignment with Source Energy.

Some people reading this story might call this crazy thinking or being Pollyanna. I can only say this: a few weeks ago I could not put the words “feeling good” in the same sentence with any discussions about 45, terrorists and criminals, the government or the media. My change came through practicing something I got from several Abraham teachings and integrated it with something from Neville. And it is still unfolding.

From the Abraham teaching I realized from one moment to the next we are giving birth to ideas for new and improved versions of ourselves. Whatever gets my attention is something life brings to me in the moment causing me to give birth to ideas for something that allows me to expand to more than I am right now. Giving birth to ideas for new and improved versions of myself causes me to change, where I am allowing myself to become more and more the fullness of who I really am. The thing I am now practicing is being aware of ideas I give birth to and giving these ideas my undivided attention.

This brings me to the point of telling how I am feeling good about the things I mentioned earlier. In no way do I dispute or dismiss the point that 45 says things that hurt people. More, decisions he has made, executive orders he signed rolling back executive orders 44 made, cause hurt and harm to many people. I feel good about these things because I know to look for the flow of better and better things. Every time I hear someone complaining about something I know two things: 1) they do not like or want what they are complaining about, and 2) they want something other than what they complained about. In the moment they realized what they did not want, they gave birth to what they wanted. The moment they felt bad or negative emotions about something, they gave birth to ideas that produce positive feelings. This focus on feelings points to Neville’s reference to feeling is the secret. The feeling you feel about what is going on is the vibration that keeps it in its present state. By shifting attention to ideas you gave birth to for new and improved versions of yourself, you change your vibration and cause the manifestation of something that matches your new vibration.

So I can tell you I am feeling good about what 45 is doing and saying because I have seen some of the ideas I have given birth to for new and improved versions of our government. Seeing what I do not like about 45, I have given birth to ideas of new and improved versions of the President. Of these new and improved versions,

ü      We have a President who has figured out how to allow himself to be in alignment with his Inner Being.

ü      The President we have is in alignment with his Inner Being cherishing and adoring all the people of the nation and has figured out how to uplift the nation.

ü      The President we have knows wellbeing abounds and speaks fluidly reminding the people that all is well, that everything is working out for everyone.

ü      The President of this nation realizes each individual in the nation have amassed great levels of provision and abundance for their personal and national vibrational escrow.

ü      We have a President who rejoices in the freedom and empowerment of all people in the nation, and delights with love and appreciation for all the people of the nation and across the globe.

ü      We have a President who inspires the people to appreciate one another and to appreciate peoples with whom we share this planet.

ü      The President of this nation is passionate about the education of our children and the genius they allow to unfold as they grow into maturity.

Each idea I have given birth to feels good to me and I am so happy just thinking these thoughts. Keeping these thoughts steady builds momentum and holds steady a vibration for a strong and vibrant President of this nation.
