On the way back to the United States, I was stopped by customs officers at the Dorval Airport for lying, stating I was a US Citizen and interrogated for six hours. They told me I was not a US Citizen.

After the interrogation they sent me back to the United States to report to the Homeland Security at the Federal Building in Chicago every month to supply documents proving what I was saying is true . This went on for over a year.

I had to get an attorney which cost me a lot of money as well as my time. My employers at the time of the Union Carpenters Apprentice Program in Chicago were very helpful and allowed me the time to pursue my case.

My attorney at the time told me to write a journal of what I remembered in my life and all the people that I was associated with so I could give it to the Federal Judge in my case.

It then turned into a book called “Alien Abduction”.

When I finally received a court date. My attorney and I and numerous supporters came to court. We did not have to say a word. The papers I collected about my life in the United States told everything. The Federal Judge admonished the Department of Homeland Security, and I received Residency in the United States. My attorney was even shocked. She said it was the first case where she did not have to say anything! She even said that I set a presentient for other people who are illegal aliens in the United States.

The real reason I fought was not because DHS continued to intimidate me with deportation, but because the United States Government took all my social security earnings (30 years), all because they told me I was not a United States citizen and I lied! They took all my US ID’s, including my drivers license. I could not drive my car and had to find another why to get work for months. This was only one more thing I had to fight, getting a temporary driver's license to drive to work. I have to say, after going through this ordeal myself, I really feel sorry for all the people that are Illegal in the United States. Most of the people in the government are horrible human beings! There are a few that are not.

After several years of searching for information on myself, I did find out my parents lied to me and five of my sisters. I was a Canadian citizen, not a US citizen? But I fought it in US Federal Court and won after several years and much money spent.

I took a DNA test and found out it was true ! The parents that raised me were not my biological parents and my five sisters were not my sisters at all!

I could not use my real name to write the book because during this ordeal I did find out I was unofficially adopted and the parents that raised me were not my biological parents. My attorney almost fell out of her chair when I told her. She then said I should not tell DHS what I had found out or we would have to start the process all over again from the beginning. When I told her about the book I was writing she told me I should not publish it because I could get in a lot of trouble with the United States.

The people that raised me brought me to the USA when I was one year old and lied to the entire family all their lives. They were both deceased during this process. This then led me to finding out who my real bio parents were.

I did find them with help from cousins in Canada. Got to meet my brother before he passed away in 2019.

I would not have changed anything in my life.
