The CIA sends Microbiologist Doctor Donald Alarcon to Africa to track down the terrorists and prevent them from getting hold of the viruses. While working undercover as a laboratory technician at a remote jungle Ebola treatment center, Alarcon encounters a turn of events that severely affects the success of his mission. Returning home, Alarcon runs into a situation that further complicates his task. Soon after his return, Alarcon is kidnapped and drugged by a doctor working for North Korea who is trying to extract vital information about the defector. Will Alarcon's escape plan work?

"They're pulling in the cathedral," Henry shouted.
"Stop here! I'm getting out," Alarcon said, grabbed his phone from his back pack and opened the door before the car came to a halt.
Trying to stay hidden behind trees, Alarcon approach Theo's car. He saw Renzi leave the car and walk toward the cathedral across a grassy field. Renzi was carrying something shiny, but it was too distant to make it out…As Alarcon was about to follow Renzi into the cathedral, he felt a hard object pressed into his back. His blood froze. He knew immediately what the object was.
"Good evening, professor. Welcome to our sanctuary," a voice said. "Please enter the door and turn left. Alarcon walked into the building and was shoved toward a door. The dimly lit room appeared to be the vestry. He heard the door close behind him.
"Doctor Anderson! What are you doing here?" Renzi asked.
"Yeah, what are you doing here," the voice with the gun said.
