New Staple Resource: Where Kosher Meets Keto! (Josiah)
I was so pleasantly surprised to discover this book! As a strict Keto-er with a Kosher Jewish family, I searched forever to find recipes that would fit the bill on all fronts- and this is it! All of the staple traditional Jewish dishes and recipes are Keto-adapted and easy to follow. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the Rabbi-author is a fellow Prüver; I am so excited to have recipes that allow me to integrate my exogenous ketones as well!

Prepare to go on an amazing keto adventure with Rabbi Brian Tice! His gift giving and generosity flows from being with him in person to being inspired by the value he brings in his book, “Kosher Ketosis.” Being around Brian really empowers Joy towards being in the kitchen, keto living, & pursuing faith. He was even the first to introduce me to ice cream that was enjoyable and had very minimal carbs! (Yes, it was with avocados which you’ll find in this book!) What I find really neat about the 88 recipes is that they include the nutrition facts. You can physically see the ingredients and track your macros with this neat tool. I’ve also watched Rabbi Tice go from 187 pounds, surpassing his goals, and hitting 168! Thank you Brian for inspiring us all towards better focus, energy, and fat loss in our Health!
